Job Opportunity

A passionate and motivated individual is sought to lead the development of curriculum across Mathematics, Science, and Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with school priorities and promoting high-quality teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive leadership and oversight of curriculum development and delivery across Maths, Science, and Technologies.
  • Drive excellence in teaching and learning by supporting faculty teams and focusing on continuous improvement to enhance student outcomes.
  • Monitor student behaviour patterns and wellbeing, offering targeted support for case-managed students.
  • Track and analyse senior student data to identify those at risk and design targeted interventions.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum programs with a deep understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Queensland Certificate of Education.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading curriculum development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and Queensland Certificate of Education.
  • Experience in teaching subjects such as Mathematical Methods, Physics, and/or Chemistry would be an advantage.
Benefits

This role offers access to subsidised housing and locality allowances for eligible employees. The appointment is set for 24th November 2025, however the start date is negotiable depending on the successful applicant's current employment circumstances.
