Your Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Vinnies retail team in Camden, working on a casual basis. Your superb fashion sense or experience in the fashion industry, great customer service skills, and ability to drive sales are vital to your success in this role. You will have the opportunity to learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career at Vinnies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store
  • Utilise your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising and maintain a high-quality store appearance
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store by providing excellent customer service and promoting products effectively
You Will Need
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times to meet the needs of the store
  • Good organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high-quality store environment
  • Understanding of fashion and trends to provide expert advice and promote products effectively
