Your RoleAs a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Vinnies retail team in Camden, working on a casual basis. Your superb fashion sense or experience in the fashion industry, great customer service skills, and ability to drive sales are vital to your success in this role. Learn different aspects of store operations and grow your retail career at Vinnies.
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
- Utilise your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising, contributing to the store's overall aesthetic.
- Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store, working collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Understanding of fashion and trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest styles and designs.
