Plumber - Maintenance Expert

As a skilled maintenance plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across various commercial clients in Sydney.

You will be part of an existing mobile plumbing team providing remedial service and upgrading plumbing works across various commercial clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out regular and emergency commercial maintenance tasks
  • Install new plumbing fixtures and replace end-of-life assets to ensure optimal performance
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot defective plumbing and design issues to minimize downtime
  • Inspect and identify leaks, both plumbing and roofing-related, to prevent water damage
  • Provide cost-effective yet comprehensive repairs that add value and quality for our clients
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and teamwork
  • Be available for on-call shifts and work overtime to meet client needs, earning excellent penalty rates
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Plumbing
  • Significant experience in commercial maintenance, preferably with a Cert 4 qualification
  • White Card (Construction Induction Training) certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • TMV Ticket (Desirable)
  • Backflow Prevention Experience (Desirable)
  • Certification IV (Desirable)
