The role of Financial Management Professional will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial operations of the organisation. This involves managing liquidity, funding, and risk activities across a dynamic portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models to ensure accurate predictions for property development and operational needs.
- Manage debt facilities, including covenant compliance, refinancing, and negotiations with lenders.
- Oversee treasury operations to guarantee efficient transaction processing and robust internal controls.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and credit risk exposure.
- Provide expert advice to leadership on treasury-related matters, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Nurture strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- You will report directly to the Finance Director and have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Executives internally and externally.
- This position entails overseeing cash flow management, debt financing, and banking relationships to ensure the financial stability of multiple projects and entities.
- Strong experience in financial modelling, risk management, and debt financing is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage banking relationships and regulatory compliance is vital.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and possess 7+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a similar role.
Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CA, or MBA are highly regarded.
