Lead a Team and Deliver Exceptional Childcare

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers flexibility to work from home for your administrative hours between service times. You will be supported every step of the way by a mentor and regional manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

About the Role:

  • Plan engaging activities, supervise children, build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
  • Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
  • Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
  • Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
  • Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

Requirements

  • A natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and still has a big heart.
  • Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have FUN.
  • Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
