Project Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is a full-time role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for planning, staging, and working through each aspect of the project lifecycle.
  • Liaising with internal and external resources to develop customer requirement specifications.
  • Developing technical specifications and tendering to engage contractors.
  • Ensuring project documentation is completed including drawings, manuals, and data sheets.
  • Supporting project handover by providing technical advice and commissioning support.
  • Supervising maintenance and installation activities ensuring safety standards are never compromised.

About You

  • Experience with site supervision and industrial project management in a similar environment.
  • A fabrication or mechanical fitting background with trade qualification, diploma or degree.
  • An understanding or experience with interpreting structural fabrication drawings and welding processes.
  • An ability to influence peers and colleagues to meet operational requirements.
  • Experience in plant process, equipment problem solving, and reliability improvement.
