Job Title: Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering engaging programs that support the wellbeing, connection, and overall health of our residents.

Your primary focus will be on assisting with a range of activities, from creative arts to social events and gentle exercise, to create a vibrant and inclusive environment where residents feel valued and empowered to live each day with purpose.

This rewarding role is perfect for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative individual who is passionate about helping people live their best lives.

Candidates should be committed to supporting residents in maintaining their independence and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

The successful applicant will hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging programs that promote wellbeing, foster connection, and enhance overall health
  • Assist with a variety of activities, including creative arts, social events, and gentle exercise, to create a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Support part-time permanent and casual positions as required
