Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities management services meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will visit various stores to perform troubleshooting, identify issues, and service equipment.
  • Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance works according to planned schedules.
  • Complete associated paperwork and reporting.
  • Monitor replacement spare part inventory and recommend capital works to reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with our facilities management, support, and technical teams, store teams, and call support centre team.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications in Refrigeration.
  • ESV Restricted Electrical Licence in Class of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, VBA Plumbing Registration or Licence, and Driver's Licence.
  • Solid post-apprenticeship experience, including experience within the commercial refrigeration service and installation industry.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, travel to various sites, and be on call as required (a shared roster system).
  • A good level of computer literacy.
  • An understanding of C02 systems, Emerson & RDM controls is advantageous.
