About Our Business

As an Australian family-owned company, we have been operating in NSW for over 30 years with 9 busy convenience retail sites across Sydney metro and the Blue Mountains.

We are expanding our operations to include a new store concept. This is an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level in a brand-new location.

The ideal candidate will have a history of working in a fast-paced FMCG or QSR environment and possess excellent leadership skills.

You will be accountable for all operational and HR aspects of the business, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer service, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of up to 30 employees
  • Ensure effective rostering and wage budgets, volume inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through attention to detail and effective time management
  • Delegate tasks effectively and maintain a hands-on approach to leadership
