High-Profile Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Roy Morgan Research. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to take their career to new heights.
About the Role:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a decentralized field team, ensuring optimal interviewer coverage for each research project. You will also recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of the Head of Field Operations and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing workforce allocation and ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Identifying operational improvement opportunities and promptly resolving any issues or queries.
- Developing and enhancing training materials and implementing training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Maintaining regular communication with project staff, senior management, and other field staff to ensure well-planned and managed projects.
- Providing accurate reporting on project budgets, KPI targets, and progress for key stakeholders.
- Managing field logistics and administrative tasks, including scheduling, onboarding/offboarding, training, and performance tracking.
About You:
- At least 3-5 years of field management experience.
- A positive, motivating, can-do attitude.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for working as part of a team.
