Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our social media team in delivering innovative, results-driven strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive conversions across our channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a global social media strategy that supports brand goals and international growth, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a global social media strategy that supports brand goals and international growth
• Lead and mentor the Social & Influencer teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Oversee the creation of on-brand content (videos, graphics, stories) tailored to Gen Z and optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Manage content calendars and platform-specific strategies aligned with cultural trends
• Lead photoshoots and capture content in real-time
• Engage with followers, influencers, and partners to grow our community and manage content capture at events
• Track KPIs (growth, engagement, traffic, conversions) and optimize strategies based on data
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content, eComm, Digital) to align campaigns

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, with proven team leadership and results
• Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to different locations for photoshoots is required
• Strong understanding of Gen Z culture, trends, and behaviours
• Creative and analytical skills in content creation and performance analysis
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and collaborate across teams
• Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social trends
• Experience tailoring content for international markets
• Strong brand storytelling skills and excellent written/verbal communication
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
