Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee finance and operations, leading the financial strategy and reporting while shaping operational excellence.

  • Manage a team across finance, HR, IT, and administration
  • Develop and optimise operational systems, policies, and procedures
  • Manage relationships with outsourced human resources and IT providers
  • Lead budgeting and oversee investments, financial planning, and working capital management
  • Provide strategic financial insights and advice to the leadership team and board
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic financial management including investments, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversight of internal operational functions and those outsourced to providers
  • Development and implementation of operational policy and process improvements
  • Analysis and translation of complex data into insightful financial, risk, and compliance reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in strategic financial management and operational leadership
  • Strong business acumen and highly developed skills to lead and inspire teams
  • Experience in analysis and translation of complex data into insightful financial and risk reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively to deliver on strategy and impact the organisation's goals
