We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Beauty Consultant to join our team at National Pharmacies, working with the prestigious Clinique brand.
As a Senior Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products, including Clinique's renowned skincare and makeup lines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Coordinate product launches, special events, and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product innovations
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate a cash register and EFTPOS facilities with accuracy and efficiency
- Previous extensive experience as a Beauty Consultant, preferably with a strong background in skincare and makeup
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Inventory management and merchandising skills
- Sales, demonstration, and up-selling experience
- Industry knowledge and brand awareness, particularly with Clinique
- Cash handling and EFTPOS experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Willingness to undergo a police check prior to commencement
