Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Services ManagerJob Summary:

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and manage strategic advice in relation to executive processes and documentation required to ensure the division's strategic direction and goals are met. As the Director of Infrastructure, you will have responsibility for leading key activities and undertaking tasks that require exceptional leadership skills, expertise in infrastructure services, and ability to work collaboratively with senior officers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support and advice to the Deputy Director-General on projects across the division, managing and coordinating research and analysis activities to support business priorities, and establishing internal and external networks to identify implications of initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, flexibility to work across multiple priorities and projects, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a commitment to building a positive workplace culture and knowledge of contemporary infrastructure service functions within a large and complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic advice in relation to executive processes and documentation required to ensure the division's strategic direction and goals are met
  • Provide high-level support and advice to the Deputy Director-General on projects across the division
  • Manage and coordinate research and analysis activities to support business priorities
  • Establish internal and external networks to identify implications of initiatives
  • Foster a challenging, equitable, ethical and safe work environment that emphasises client service and a focus on outcomes
