Access Health and Community is seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lilydale and Belgrave.

  • This opportunity offers a Grade 1 podiatrist the chance to transition into a Grade 2 role within a 0.8 EFT position, with an additional 0.2 EFT available for 12 months to cover parental leave.
  • The successful candidate will deliver podiatric care to adult clients and occasionally paediatric clients within a multidisciplinary allied health team.
About the Role

The Podiatrist will be responsible for delivering high-quality podiatric care to clients in our Lilydale and Belgrave locations. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience working in community health settings.

  • Deliver podiatric care to adult and paediatric clients in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Provide diabetes foot care, general foot care, wound management, biomechanical assessments, nail surgery, and footwear education.
  • Engage with clients' families, carers, and other health professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Podiatry or Master of Podiatry (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a podiatrist in a community health, hospital High Risk Foot Clinic and/or private practice setting.
  • Applied clinical knowledge and experience in delivering client-centered and evidence-based practice in podiatry.
