Corporate Insolvency and Banking Litigation Role

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our team as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Insolvency and Banking Litigation department. This role will involve working on complex assignments, including voluntary administration, liquidation, and receiverships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on corporate insolvency and banking litigation matters
  • Providing advice to clients on commercial litigation and financial services disputes
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for secured creditor realisations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate insolvency and banking litigation
  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and financial services laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
