Exciting opportunity to join a leading global FMCG business at their plant in West Sydney. Potential to step up into this lead role and manage the sanitation of the site as part of their Food Safety and Quality team.

This role will be based at their plant in west Sydney.


The Role

Reporting directly to the FSQ Manager and part of the FSQ team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead sanitation programs and provide training (includes MSS, SSOPs, allergen cleans, validations, verifications).
  • Review and make improvements to existing sanitation program.
  • Champion sanitation and collaborate with both corporate, global and plant teams.
  • Manage Pest Management Program.
  • Manage sanitation supplies and budget for these supplies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers e.g. with chemical suppliers to maintain inventories and approve contracts.


Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a sanitation role
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Ability to lead projects and influence outcomes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
