As a key member of our regional management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
This role will require close collaboration with senior leadership teams across the region to deliver key people initiatives at a regional and local level. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing HR business partnering experience within an international company and excellent knowledge of the Australian employment relations landscape.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives, including DEI, for the region which are aligned with global people strategies.
- Manage the remuneration reviews for the region and ensure external salary benchmarking is reviewed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and complete regular reporting as required both internally and externally.
