About the Role

MSI Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Inclusive Programs Manager to lead our efforts in promoting social inclusion and addressing the needs of diverse stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for supporting country programs in the Asia and Pacific region to develop and implement strategies that promote equality and inclusion.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical assistance, capacity strengthening, and influencing others to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. LEAD SOCIAL IMPACT INITIATIVES ACROSS MSI'S COUNTRY PROGRAMS.
  2. PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO MSI'S COUNTRY PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SOCIAL INCLUSION STRATEGIES.
  3. DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING LOCAL PARTNERS AND COMMUNITY GROUPS.
  4. CONTRIBUTE TO EVIDENCE GENERATION AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSLATION BY PARTICIPATING IN RESEARCH, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION ACTIVITIES.
  5. POSITION MSI AS A LEADER ON SOCIAL INCLUSION IN THE ASIA AND PACIFIC REGION THROUGH THOUGHT LEADERSHIP AND REPRESENTATION IN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL FORUMS.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of providing technical assistance and capacity strengthening.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
