Lead AI-Assisted Engineering Tools Developer

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Role
We are seeking a world-class engineer to lead the development of AI-assisted tools and capabilities.
In this role, you will work with our global engineering community to build business banking functionality that is data-driven and customer-centric.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tackling complex problems in technical design to production
- Translating requirements into solid engineering deliverables
- Experimenting with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and integrating them into workflows
- Delivering solutions used by other teams and products
- Tackling architecture challenges and defining standards
- Contributing to architectural discussions and proposing improvements
- Participating in code reviews and maintaining high-quality code bases
- Working on cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment
- Coaching and mentoring engineers in the team
Expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI applications and experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks are preferred.
