Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development and Implementation: Collaborate with our Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework and meets the needs of our children.
- Teacher Support and Development: Provide guidance and support to our educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's Quality Improvement Plan, ensuring that we continuously improve our practices and outcomes.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our Centre Leadership Team to establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice, and to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the centre.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
- Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (SA).
- Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
- Previous experience working in the early years sector.
- Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
