Job Opportunity: Trainer and Assessor (Mechanical)

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at our Western Australian operation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual training plans to ensure that mechanical trade employees are properly trained and competent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supervisors and coordinators to develop and implement annual training plans
  • Develop and maintain training procedures, manuals, and competency assessments
  • Coordinate and deliver mechanical training programs, including travel and accommodation
  • Support safety compliance by delivering HSEC training and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide on-site training during shutdowns and assist with incident investigations

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade certificate
  • Formal training and assessment qualification
  • Experience in developing and delivering trade-based training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management systems
  • Current C-class manual driver's license
