About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment, training, and development of our Guest Experience staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Targets: Develop and execute plans to meet monthly new member and program enrolment targets, as well as associated KPIs.
  • Lead by Example: Provide exceptional customer-centric guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop Guest Experience staff to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Management: Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes, apply sound cash handling principles, and use Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Roster Management: Set rosters in line with business budgets and the four principles of time and attendance.
Requirements
  • National Police Check: Must have a current National Police Check.
  • Working with Vulnerable People: Must have a current Working with Vulnerable People check.
  • CPR Certificate: Must have a current CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate: Must have a current First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
  • Legal Working Rights: Must have legal working rights in Australia.
