Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant OT to provide expert occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a broad range of physical and psychosocial needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing case management services, and reporting into Strive's Toowoomba Team Leader.

  • Manage a caseload that includes project opportunities, early intervention, and critical incident response
  • Provide case management services to clients with complex needs
  • Report into Strive's Toowoomba Team Leader

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You will be encouraged to develop your own innovative health prevention projects and have access to professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset
