- Process weekly reimbursement claims for staff on a prompt basis.
- Provide remittance advices for payments made, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all accounts payable transactions, ensuring GST compliance for all payments.
- Relevant experience in finance or administration, coupled with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
