This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful change and mentor emerging leaders across our regional clinics in Brisbane.

You will work closely with veterinary teams, identifying growth opportunities and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership and mentorship, championing best practices, designing impactful training programs, and partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and client satisfaction.

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical services across multiple clinics.
  • Collaborate with in-clinic teams to assess needs, support development, and build strong relationships.
  • Advocate for best practices and uphold the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive business results and client satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Veterinary Medicine and registration to practice in Queensland.
  • Memberships in an area of Small Animal Practice would be viewed favourably.
