Clinical Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead our practice management team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient care and practice efficiency
- Lead a team of medical receptionists and administrative staff to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure quality care and operational excellence
- Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, waitlists, and patient coordination
- Provide solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
- Experience in GP medical reception or practice management
- Confident in taking on leadership roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
