Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Support Workers to provide support to individuals with mental health, intellectual and physical disabilities in the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands, Wollondilly Shire and Goulburn areas.

Job Description

As a dedicated Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and household tasks to our clients. This includes menu planning, cooking, serving meals, cleaning, shopping and other activities of daily living.

  • Mixture of day shifts (AM/PM), short shifts min 3 hours/ long shifts max 8-10 hours, sleepovers, awake duties and weekends are available.
  • Must have the ultimate flexibility to accept short notice shifts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability
  • Minimum 6 months paid work experience in Support Worker roles
  • Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination doses.
  • Current Working with Children (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check.
  • National Police Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries.
  • Flexible in accepting shifts in a very short notice.
