Law Graduate Job Property Commercial Queenstown

We are seeking a recent law graduate to join our dynamic property and commercial team. The ideal candidate will have completed their professional legal studies or be nearing completion.
The role involves working on various aspects of the firm's property and commercial practice, including residential conveyancing, contract reviews, financing, property subdivisions, and commercial transactions.
You will also have the opportunity to assist with private client work, such as trusts, estate planning, wills, and enduring powers of attorney.
This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and knowledge in property and commercial law while working alongside experienced solicitors who are passionate about mentoring and supporting junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and providing advice on property and commercial matters
- Assisting with conveyancing transactions, including due diligence and settlements
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and other documents
- Working with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Recent law graduate or nearly completing professional legal studies
- Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with legal software
- Passion for property and commercial law and a desire to learn and grow
