We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to fill the position of Aboriginal Case Manager. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to reducing the overrepresentation of Aboriginal people in the justice system and achieve a reduction in reoffending rates.
You will work closely with local communities, support services, and the Koori Court to develop and implement culturally sensitive case management strategies that address the underlying causes of offending. Your ability to communicate effectively with members of the Victorian Aboriginal Community will be essential to success in this role.
