Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the health and safety of all staff, customers, and contractors within their department. Additionally, you will be serving customers in the yard, helping them with their orders, and providing fast and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers, and contractors
  • Serving customers in the yard
  • Helping customers with their orders and providing fast, efficient service
  • Picking orders to be sent out on delivery trucks
  • Putting away stock, mainly timber and associated products

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines.
