Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is seeking a skilled Counsellor Couple, Family and Child to provide high-quality relationship counselling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as trauma, violence, and abuse, parenting concerns, relational issues, stress, and anxiety, separation, and divorce, and blended families.

The successful candidate will be degree-qualified in family therapy, social work, counselling, or psychology, with previous supervised professional experience in relationship and couple counselling and family violence.

They will demonstrate a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities relevant to working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as the ability to accurately assess for family violence and work with individuals and couples where family violence is present.

The role is located in Ballarat and is a permanent, part-time position working 3 days per week, including every Thursday 1pm to 9pm.
