Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professional to manage our corporate client partnerships. As a Corporate Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our catering and client services in boardrooms and kitchens.

  • Supervise casual staff, rostering, training, and menu development with the chef">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in management, preferably in a 5-star hotel or premium caterer">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams">
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills">
  • Experience in banqueting, conferencing, or events is highly desirable">
  • A valid RSA Competency Card and Australian or New Zealand work visa are essential">
