**Job Opportunity**: Enrolled Nurse

Are you a dedicated and compassionate enrolled nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment?

We are seeking a motivated and skilled enrolled nurse to join our nursing team at Hamilton Base Hospital and/or Aged Care sites in Hamilton, Coleraine and Penshurst. As an enrolled nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including medical, surgical, ICU and emergency teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
- Demonstrated competency in clinical practice and effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
