Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and databases efficiently
  • Develop effective communication & interpersonal skills for liaising with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensure strong written and verbal communication to facilitate customer service orientation
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively using organisational & Time Management skills
  • Schedule, diary management, and event coordination experience required
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Comply with policies and procedures while identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Make informed decisions and provide solutions while working effectively within teams and supporting colleagues
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professional conduct in all interactions
