Job Description:
We are seeking a Banking & Finance lawyer at the 8-12 year level who would like to move in-house and play a pivotal role in the expansion of the Banking & Finance team. You will have direct contact with clients, including major banks and other large financial institutions.

You will be responsible for documenting, negotiating, and settling transactions in the areas of property and construction finance.
