Kings Park, Australia Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs Full time

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced fitness professionals to lead our comprehensive group fitness program at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-energy classes that cater to diverse member needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging and challenging workouts that promote physical well-being and community building within the club environment.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage members of all ages and abilities. We are looking for instructors who can think creatively, work collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes that meet or exceed member expectations
  • Develop and implement new class formats and concepts to stay current with industry trends and member interests
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, cancellations, and participant feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones

Requirements:

  • Current Les Mills certification (including RPM, BodyPump, BodyStep, CXworx, Born to Move, and Sh'Bam)
  • Working With Children/Vulnerable People check
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability for teaching classes across various time slots, including early morning and evening sessions

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
