About the Role:

The Services Assistant will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout our facilities, including mopping, dusting, polishing, washing, sweeping and vacuuming of floors, window cleaning, and cleaning of toilets and other areas.
  • Providing catering services, including preparation of vegetables, meat, salads, and sandwiches, as well as delivering food to patients.
  • Laundering personal items and maintaining a clean laundry facility.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in housekeeping, cooking, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of safe working conditions and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • A flexible approach to work and rostering systems.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality, particularly when dealing with sensitive information.
