Lead Radiation Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiation Oncology Specialist to join our team at Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre.

About the Role

As a Radiation Oncology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cancer treatment to our patients using advanced radiation therapy techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement radiation therapy treatment plans for patients with cancer
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive cancer care
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology and implement new techniques and technologies as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • DACVR (Radiation Oncology) or DECVR (Rad Onc) certification
  • Eligibility to practice as a Veterinarian in Queensland
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
