Mental Health Community Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills in community mental health. You will provide clinical assessment, treatment, and consultation services to clients and staff while demonstrating excellence in case management skills.
You will work in a dynamic Homeless Outreach Psychiatric Service operating under a recovery-oriented model of care, utilizing the Strengths Model of Case Management.
- Working within the Strengths Model of recovery-orientated practice
- Providing discipline-specific interventions to consumers who are currently registered with the outreach service
- Assisting with and undertaking the assessment, provision of treatment, and delivery of targeted interventions to consumers with complex mental health-related needs
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience within Mental Health
- Developed knowledge in working with substance use and addiction
- Registration with the relevant professional body
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in mental health
- Current driver's license and National Criminal History Check
