Behavior Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate behavior technician to join our team. This role will provide instruction when targeting ABA programs and implementing behavior intervention plans.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field and be passionate about healing and providing high-quality psychological services to underserved populations.

About the Role

  • Collect data on programs to ensure effective implementation
  • Assist with parent training to support client growth
  • Participate in clinical assessments as needed to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skills accordingly
  • RBT Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
