Clinical Research Leader

Are you a seasoned professional looking to advance your career in clinical research operations? As a Senior Clinical Study Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing clinical site staff, overseeing site resources, recruitment targets, facilities, and equipment management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage clinical site staff to ensure high-quality trial delivery in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
- Oversee site resources, recruitment targets, facilities, and equipment management
- Act as primary contact for sponsors and suppliers at site level
- Ensure staff training, performance management, and professional development
- Collaborate with investigators and recruitment teams to achieve study goals
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement in workflows
- Maintain strong relationships with service providers and healthcare facilities
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and CRO industries, proven leadership and team management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Nursing or health-related qualification (diploma or bachelor's degree)
- GCP training and understanding of local regulatory requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in interventional clinical trials
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and CRO industries
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Competent with MS Office; experience with Office 365 is an advantage
- Certificate in Project Management
