Director of Early Childhood Education

Job Description:

As a Director of Early Childhood Education, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of educational programs that promote the well-being, learning, and development of children in our care. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters children's growth and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that align with national quality standards
  • Supervise and support a team of educators to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and the broader community
  • Monitor and report on children's learning and development outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education to inform program development and improvement
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in early childhood education
  • Proven track record of improving educational outcomes and leading teams to achieve excellence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with families and the community
