Product Leadership Role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and success of key product initiatives within our organization. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the product roadmap for new offerings, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer demands.
  2. Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth customer interviews and market analysis to define product requirements and features.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to address identified needs and challenges effectively.
  4. Metrics and Analysis: Establish metrics for success and continuously monitor product performance in the market, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
  5. Prioritization: Lead the prioritisation, validation, and scoping of strategic initiatives across product teams.
  6. Innovation: Identify and pursue integration opportunities with other products to enhance overall functionality and user experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, including at least 3 years in a product management role.
  • Tech Skills: Strong understanding of APIs and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on product architecture and decisions.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability to navigate uncertainty and provide clarity in projects with ambiguous elements.
  • Launch Experience: Experience in launching new products and developing integrations with other software platforms is preferred.
  • Strategy Development: Ability to define and implement a long-term strategy with incremental releases that deliver customer value.
  • Team Collaboration: Interest in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: A strong focus on solving customer problems, balancing a holistic view with attention to detail.
