We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day and long-term facilities management across our new assets.

You will work closely with Facilities Managers and Facilities Technicians to provide exceptional services to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team, coordinating activities such as deliveries, task completion, hands-on repairs, maintenance, and supervision of Facilities Technicians.
  • Identify ways to provide a better experience for our residents, both now and in the future.
  • Manage a team with a high level of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party contractors, as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
Requirements
  • A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification is desired.
  • Previous experience working with third-party contractors is desirable.
  • An understanding of general building services, including fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and vertical transport.
  • Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures.
