• AHPRA Registration with Aged Care experience is essential
• Previous experience and understanding of Dementia Support are highly regarded
• Commitment to the provision of quality care, best practice, and continuous improvement is vital
• Able to work without direct supervision and lead the floor effectively
• Display initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic
• Hold a current Police Check as required
