The Role

This role involves servicing clients in providing customized and personalized relocation services. As a relocation solutions expert, you will be responsible for developing programs that cater to clients' lifestyle and budget requirements.

Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing clients' needs prior to program commencement, preparing a tailored program itinerary.
  • Providing accompanied tours and inspections as directed by clients.
  • Assisting with lease negotiations, finalizing leases, and handing over properties.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a good driving history.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
