
Store Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused retail leader to join our team as a Coordinator at one of our stores. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service delivery across different areas of the store.
You will inspire, coach, and lead your team to assist customers in achieving their goals, promote a positive culture within the store focused on safety and teamwork, and work collaboratively with the rest of the leadership team to achieve shared objectives and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail management role, demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, flexible availability across our span of hours, previous experience working to targets and budgets, effective time management and organisational skills, and demonstrated people leadership and safety management.
