Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support and Guidance: Offer timely and effective assistance to colleagues via phone and email.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Apply logical and analytical approaches to identify and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with empathy during high-pressure situations and provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in our system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Two Years' Experience: Proven track record as a service desk analyst with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • ITIL Framework: Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various technologies, including Windows 11, Cloud infrastructure, Networking, and Printing.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a remote capacity.
